WENATCHEE, Wash. - The reward to help find the killer of a 17-year-old Wenatchee High School girl is now up to $40,000. Investigators are asking the public for more tips about the final days of Mackenzie Cowell whose body was found Feb. 13 along the Columbia River at Crescent Bar.
